What You’ll Do
Develop and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions; establish best practices Grow into our go-to-expert in pricing, risk, and forecasting
Research new data sources, vetting for efficacy and applicability
Provide input into the platform architecture for our algorithmic engines to run at scale work with business and engineering partners to influence product direction and business strategy
Develop machine learning models, write production code in python, and monitor models via dashboards and analytics
Iterate quickly to identify external data sources and build out creative features that enhance the performance of those models

What You’ll Need
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or another quantitative field, or actuarial training (ACAS/FCAS/ASA/SOA) preferred 3-6+ years of hands-on experience utilizing data science (AI/ML) to develop models and deploy solutions to solve complex business problems
Strong experience in SQL and programming in Python.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) A bias towards solving problems from a customer-centric lens and an intuitive sense for how the work aligns closely with business objectives
A thorough understanding of SQL databases
Bonus: background in US real estate data, insurance or financial markets analysis Expertise with Python/ML
