Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary: The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for leading the design of our software products from concept through launch. This role involves a mix of user experience strategy, interface design, and visual creativity, making it ideal for an individual passionate about optimizing user interactions through design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership:
- Lead and manage the UX/UI aspects of software projects, ensuring high-quality design output.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design vision.
- User Experience Strategy:

- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define product experience strategies.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and validate designs.
- Interface and Interaction Design:

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Ensure all interfaces are responsive and adaptive to different devices and screen sizes.
- Visual Design Execution:

- Create high-fidelity prototypes and UI elements such as icons, buttons, and widgets.
- Maintain a consistent brand image through the design of all visual elements.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to various teams.
- Research and Insights:

- Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Research and implement the latest UX/UI best practices and technology trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
